General conditions
Booking and cancellation conditions:
- Upon booking: 30% of the total amount.
- D-3, in the event of early departure or no-show: 100%, excluding promotions and special offers.
Deposit:
- We remind you that the deposit is by definition non-refundable.
- These cannot be returned to you in the event of cancellation, no-show and/or modification of your stay.
Mandatory bank guarantee:
- Upon your arrival, you will be asked for a credit card number as a guarantee in the event of early departure, damage and/or unpaid consumption.
